In 2019 we spent a month with a group of children from the 1st cycle of the Homero Serpa School in Lisbon. We worked on some processes of the Dragon Dreaming methodology and the whole class shone in presenting the results at the International Conference: "Children, One City and a Theater."
We contributed to the preparatory work for the design of the Climate Change Plan. We held a workshop for 50 professionals from the Lisbon City Council to design and set up work teams.
We facilitated 3 days at this academy whose main objective is to share ideas and trends about the future of work, contributing to the most pressing challenges and explore sustainable solutions. The academy brought together more than 100 young people, international experts in the Blue, Green and Digital Economy and ministers of the Government of Cape Verde. e
OLYMPICS FOR ALL
In 2016 we had the opportunity to implement an inspiring sports inclusion program for the Portuguese Government called Olympics for all. Our main goals where to promote sports inclusion, human rights and cooperation near economic and social deprived communities.

STRATEGy & Brand
In 2019 we’ve facilitated a strategic rebranding process for a rent-a-car. It included: a sensing journey phase, with interviews to main stakeholders allowing for a holistic vision of key challenges and opportunities; a gallery view for sensemaking, alignment of values, purpose and brand, followed by a meaning and synthesis workshop.

In partnership with Mindshake, we designed and implemented the BA Vision workshop - with the aim of making known the new vision of this multinational organization to all employees in its various geographies (in particular Portugal and Spain).
